About me

Manufaktur Ruffer, that's me:

  Marcela Ruffer, born in 1973, Dipl. Ing. Clothing Technology (FH)

I design all models in my fashion studio. I also design the patterns and manufacture them.

This way I can respond to my customers’ wishes and sew the model they want together with them.

My Mission

As a lipedema fighter, I know the physical problems that come with it and try to take them into account in my models. Most of the garments are designed with as few dividing seams as possible. I try to avoid pressure points, especially on the arms. The question that is always in the back of my mind is: "Can this model be worn with compression stockings?" and "Do the seams press?"

That's why I attach great importance to comfortable materials. I prefer to work with cotton and viscose jersey.

My mission is to make my customers feel comfortable in my fashion and to be appropriately dressed for every day. Without compromise!
